Human Rights Counseling Offices for Foreigners, Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau
Provided by the Legal Affairs Bureau, this consultation service specifically addresses foreign residents’ human rights.

Tokyo Metropolitan Foreign Residents’ Advisory Center

Legal consultation and referrals are offered free of charge for those who need to solve legal problems. In addition, for those with financial difficulties, free legal consultation, referrals and financial loans for legal expenses are offered as necessary.
