Prenatal Classes

The Shibuya Public Health Center provides free classes for pregnant women every month.
No appointment is necessary. Please bring your "Mother and Child Health Handbook", a notebook to write in and clothes suitable for exercise for Lesson 1.

Date and Time

Every 1st, 2nd and 3rd Wednesdays of the months (Except August and January)
1:30-3:50 p.m.
*You can start from any class.
*Classes in April, July, November and February will be given with a Volunteer English Interpreter.
