To offer better services to non-Japanese residents of Shibuya, we have interpreting services.
The resident volunteers provide interpreting services by registering at the city office.
Main Services
- English interpreting services at the city office (Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
- Papa,Mama introductory course/Maternity classes (April, July, November and February)
- Disaster Prevention Drill
- Interpreting services at some city events

Do you need an interpreter?
We have an interpreting desk (4th Floor) for English. Interpreter will help you communicate with a staff of each department of the city office.
